Equipped with integrated production and research equipment, including reactors and separation and purification units, the base precisely matches the production needs of diverse products, including plant-derived cholesterol, 7-dehydrocholesterol, and nitrocefin. Relying on a stable power and water supply system, an intelligent sewage treatment station, and efficient waste gas treatment equipment, the base achieves annual production capacity of tons of core products while strictly adhering to environmental protection standards. For raw materials, the company selects plant-based and chemical raw materials suitable for industrial production, and solidifies its quality through testing for fundamental indicators such as purity and stability. During production, key parameters such as reaction time and raw material ratios are customized to ensure that fluctuations in each batch's performance remain within acceptable industry standards, focusing on the industrial synthesis efficiency of 25-hydroxycholesterol and the batch consistency of sodium polyanetholesulfonate. This ensures that product performance fluctuations within each batch remain within acceptable limits. Testing utilizes HPLC, chemical titration, and other industrially compatible methods to rigorously verify 15 core indicators, including product purity (meeting industrial-grade standards of at least 98%), impurity content, and water solubility. Each batch undergoes both workshop self-inspection and laboratory re-inspection before release. This comprehensive control system, from raw material intake to finished product delivery, ensures that industrial-grade products like calcifediol and ceftriaxone hydrochloride consistently meet the process adaptability requirements of downstream production and processing, building a solid foundation of trust in the industrial supply chain through stable quality.
